Everything our team needs: set up the app project once, deploy our own agents, add new ones, connect partner agents from their own projects, and answer every question. Each step says where it happens, what to type and what you should see.

For now, Terraform runs from a person's machine or Cloud Shell, not from a CI pipeline. The state file (terraform.tfstate.d/scenario-…/terraform.tfstate, one workspace per scenario) lives in the folder where you run it, and Terraform acts with your identity. One person at a time per folder, and never lose or commit the state.

Pour l'instant, Terraform s'exécute depuis le poste d'une personne ou Cloud Shell, pas depuis une chaîne CI. Le fichier d'état (terraform.tfstate.d/scenario-…/terraform.tfstate, un espace de travail par scénario) vit dans le dossier où vous le lancez, et Terraform agit avec votre identité. Une personne à la fois par dossier, et ne jamais perdre ni committer l'état.

The projects already exist (billing set, region eu). Choose where you run the commands, the hosting and where the agents live, check the values: every command updates. Written version of this path: docs/11-acme-agents-vers-app-gemini-enterprise.md; one, several or all agents with no app yet: docs/12-1-1 (shell), 12-1-2 (Terraform), 12-1-3 (console). Tick a step only when its Expected box matches what you see.

      Handle a partner requestTraiter une demande de partenaire

      Partners follow the partner portal (portail-agents-partenaires.html) and send a request generated there. Work through this list for each request; the button resets it.

      Les partenaires suivent le portail partenaires (portail-agents-partenaires.html) et envoient une demande générée par celui-ci. Suivez cette liste pour chaque demande ; le bouton la remet à zéro.
