Company expense policy (demo document for the tutorial)

Meals: up to 30 EUR per person per meal. Alcohol is not reimbursed.
Hotels: up to 180 EUR per night in Paris, 140 EUR elsewhere in France, 200 EUR abroad.
Trains: second class for trips under 3 hours; first class allowed above 3 hours.
Flights: economy class only, booked through the travel portal at least 14 days in advance.
Taxis: allowed after 21:00 or when carrying equipment, up to 60 EUR per ride.
Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days. Expenses above 500 EUR need manager approval.
